Vegetarian Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 can (1.5 c.) red kidney beans1 can (1.5 c.) black beansYellow corn (frozen, 1.5 c)1 lg. red bell pepper (chopped)6 medium tomatillos (chopped)4-5 small radishes (chopped)1 pkg. Taco Seasoningsalt, pepper, cumin, onion powder-to taste2-3 tbsp butter
Directions
cook chopped veg and simmer in browned butter. Add taco seasoning, water, corn & beans; simmer for half an hour. Serve with optional crackers (not included in calorie count).
