Ingredients
1 lb. Pork Loin2 cups cooked White Rice2 tbsp Oyster Sauce1 cup frozen Peas and Carrots2 large scrambled Eggs1 pkg Sun Bird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
Directions
Cook the rice and set aside. In a wok, cook the pork in the oyster sauce. Add remaining ingredients and cook til done. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
