1 cup Quinoa cooked to directions1 15oz can black beans1 cup frozen corn4 tbsp dried cilantro2 smashed garlic cloves1 tsp black pepper1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin
Directions
Saute all ingredients while Quinoa cooks. When Quinoa has finished cooking slowing fold into sauteed ingredients
