2 lbs boneless pork loin1lg egg2c Corn Flakes1T Corn oilSaltPepper
Preheat oven to 435F. Pour the corn oil into a shallow cookie pan. Place corn flakes into a large sealable bag and crush with a rolling pin. In a shallow dish lightly whisk egg. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops well, place in egg, then into the corn flakes. Place on oiled cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
