Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
1 Head of broccoli, washed and stems removed4 cloves of garlic, slicedOlive OilSea SaltPepper
Directions
Toss broccoli and garlic with enough oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in pre-heated oven.
Bake them at 400 for about 20 minutes.
