DECADENT NO-BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE

1 Cup Half and Half (or use Heavy cream if you can handle the calories)16 ounces softened Lowfat cream cheese (Neuchaftel)8 ounces Lowfat Sour Cream1 box Sugar-Free Lemon Jello1 packet plain gelatin1/4 cup cool water3 Tablespoons lemon juice2-4 Tablespoons granular splenda (optional)
Heat cream in medium saucepan to simmer stage.
Add cream cheese and stir to mix well.
Sprinkle plain gelatin and lemon Jello over cool water and mix to dissolve.
Stir this mixture into cream and cream cheese mixture; bring back to a simmer.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, whisking well to blend.
Pour into pie tin or individual containers and refrigerate until set.
