Far East Rice

Ingredients
2 cups of Water2 cups of Minute Rice2 tbsp Peanut Butter1 tbsp Curry powder2 tbsp Coconut flakes
Directions
Place peanut butter in a microwavable safe bowl. Mix in Curry powder and half cup of water. Stir ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the rest of the water and rice. Microwave for 8 minutes, stir once during cooking. Stir rice again and mix in coconut flakes. Makes four 1 cup servings of rice.
