1 Pound Elk Meat, Raw1/2 C Finely Chopped Onions, Raw1 large Egg, Raw1/2 C Spinach, frozen,Thawed (Chopped Fresh will work)1 tsp Garlic, minced1tsp Italian SeasoningMix ingredients by hand, Roll into 1oz Balls.Place in Lightly Sprayed Baking dishNutritional value is based on 1 Meatball!
