Pumpkin & Sunflower seed, Oat Snack Bar

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower butter (prefer kind without added sugar)1/4 cup of honey1 1/2 cups oats, rolled or instant1/2 cup pumpkin seeds1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
1. Roast sunflower and pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet at 350F for 5-7 minutes
2. Prep a 8x8 baking dish, lined with parchment and sprayed with Pam.
3. In a large bowl mix sunflower butter and honey to combine.
4. Mix in the oats, it will be thick
5. Mix in the still hot sunflower and pumpkin seeds, the heat will soften the other mixture to make it easier to combine
6. Empty mixture into the prepared 8x8 pan, pressing down firmly in all the corners.
7. Refrigerate for at least 10-15 minutes
8. Remove from pan using parchment paper "handles"
9. Cut into 36 pieces
