Parmesan Chicken N Potatoes

Ingredients
Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts, 4 serving Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 8 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") *Extra Light Olive Oil, 6 tbsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 72 tsp Garlic powder, 9 tsp Oregano, ground, 9 tsp
Directions
Place thighs and breasts in resealable bag. Add olive oil and seasonings and cheese to bag. Shake to coat evenly. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with non-stick spray, potatoes first. May add additional Parmesan and seasonings at this point. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Place coated chicken on top of potatoes evenly (if possible). I unrolled the thighs to cook more evenly. Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes. Check chicken temp and doneness of potatoes. Cook another 20 minutes, covered. Serve and enjoy!
