Veggie Lasagna (Spinach, Squash, Bell Peppers, Onions)

Ingredients
Lasagna noodles, pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, basil, parsley, black pepper, frozen spinach, Frozen bell peppers, frozen chopped onion, frozen yellow squash, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine ricotta, parmesan, spices, and egg. Add vegetables and mix. Layer lasagna in baking pan as desired. Top with shredded mozzarella and shredded 2% cheddar cheese. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 12 servings.
