Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Gravy

Salt to taste, pepper to taste, 2 Lb. pork tenderloin, 3/4C butter, 6 Cloves garlic, minced, 1 16 Oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1 Tbl. red wine vinegar, 1 14 Oz. can chicken broth, 1/4C flour
Preheat oven to 350. Rub salt & pepper all over pork. Put in baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan over med. heat; add garlic and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-low and simmer, stirring frequesntlyuntil suace is fragrant, about 5 min. Stir vinegar into mushroom sauce. Pour sauce over pork. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Remove pork from pan, leaving mushrooms and juices. Stir a little of the chicken broth into the flour until it's a thick paste. Stir into plan of mushrooms and juices and add the remainder of the broth slowly. Let come to a boil to thicken.
