Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 extra large * Butter, salted, room temp 2 tsp * Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * whole wheat flour 1.25 cups * Milk, 1%, .5 cup
Directions
whip eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla together. add salt, leaveners, flour. Mix in milk little at time till batter is just loose enough to pour.

optional additions:
dried apples
mashed banana

yields 4 large pancakes
