Basic Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c. skim milk1/2 c. blackberries (fresh preferably)1 T honeyIce as needed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until berries are blended into the milk and add ice until the smoothie is the consistency you prefer.
