Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans 540 ML1 Can Red Kidney Beans 540 ML1 Can Black Beans 540 ML1 Can White Kidney Beans 540 ML1 can Pinto Beans 540 ML1 Cup Frozen Sweet Corn3/4 Cup Chopped Onions1/5 Cup Chopped Red Peppers6 T Chopped Garlic 2 Bottles Tomato Puree6 Cups Water4 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil8 T Chili Powder (or to taste)
Directions
saute onions and peppers in olive oil, add garlic and saute until translucent. Adds rinsed and drained beans. Add pureed tomatoes and 6 cups water. Add spices and corn.
Simmer 1 hour (or more) on low heat
