PB Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 medium mashed banana (browner the better)1 7 oz container of 2% Fage Greek yogurt2 scoops Vanilla Whey protein(I used GNC Gold Standard))1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cayenne pepper (trust me)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 Egg2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter2 Tbsp coconut flour(optional 1-2 packet of stevia for a little more sweetness)
Directions
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes

trying to come up with easy treats without preservatives that support my workout and weight maintenance goals. This was my first shot, and I think they are pretty good! :)
