Breakfast Eggs

Ingredients
4 beaten eggs (large)1/8 cup sharp cheddar cheese (kroger brand)1 medium tomato dash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
Chop tomato into smallish pieces. Mix in with beaten eggs and pour into non-stick pan at medium heat. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Cook till eggs are satisfactory and turn off burner. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. serve.
