Vegetable Soup ~ Homemade

Ingredients
1 head cabbage chopped1 onion cut in to large chunks1 lb bag baby carrots5 medium potatoes peeled and cut in large chunks enough water to cover all veggiesrosemary & thyme about a Tablespoon each
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large pot and heat on medium until thoroughly heated, then turn it to low and allow to cook anywhere from 3-6 hours. Taste and add more seasonings if needed about 30 mins before serving
