Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 Medium Vadalia Onion / sweet onion, diced4 cups water 3 c. Hash Browns or diced potatoes4 10 oz. bags Frozen Broccoli 3 lg. Stalks Celery, chopped3 cups Green Cabbage5 Cloves Garlic, diced fine1/2 cup Hormel Crumbled Bacon2 Pks. McCorrmick Cream of Broccoli Mix 4 Tbs. Butter1 pint Low Fat Half & Half
Directions
Lightly brown the onion in a pot on the stove then add everything, in order, except the milk (you'll add that later).
Turn to simmer then Add the milk & simmer for 5 minutes.
