Sarah's Healthy Carb Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain 1/4 Cup Raisins 4 TBSP Gelatin, Beef Powder NOW brand2 large Egg whites1 Tsp KAL Pure Stevia Organic Extract4 TBSP Cinnamon2 TBSP Nutmeg3 TBSP Vanilla Extract2 Tsp Redmond Real Salt2 Tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Blitz raisins, oats and flax in a food processor or blender to make the raisins and oats to pulverize them into small bits.
Whisk egg whites, softened butter and stevia together
Mix all of the ingredients together completely.
It should form a cookie dough like consistency.
Use a large tablespoon size dollop onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. You should get 24.
350* for 10-12 minutes they will be VERY VERY soft let them sit and cool on the baking sheet they will firm up nicely as they get cooled down.
