Homemade Granola

Ingredients
10 cups Oats1 cup whole almonds1 cup no salt sunflower seeds1 cup shelled walnuts1.5 cups honey1/2 cup vegetable oil2 TBSP vanilla extract3 TBSP ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray two edged cookie sheets with non-stick spray.
Mix Oats, nuts and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Add honey, oil, syrup and vanilla and mix till thoroughly coated.
Divide evenly onto cookie sheets and pat evenly & flat.
Bake 15 minutes.
Take out, stir carefully and pat evenly, put cookie sheets back in opposite racks from first 15 minutes.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool before scooping off cookie sheets and putting into a container to keep.
