Crockpot Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Packet of Low Sodium Taco Seasoning1 C. of Salsa (I chose Mild, but you can use Medium or Hot if you prefer)1/2 C. Light Sour Cream
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot (if you don't use a cooking bag, spray your crock pot). Sprinkle Taco Seasoning over the Chicken. Pour Salsa over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Prior to serving, stir in sour cream.
