Italian Turkey, Cannellini Bean, Tomato, Spinach Soup

1 LB ground turkey1 T. olive oil1/2 white onion2 cloves garlic3 cans cannellini beans (low sodium)2 cans diced tomatoes28 ounces or 2 cans of low-sodium chicken broth 1-2 Tsp each rosemary, basil, oregano2 cups fresh spinach
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add turkey and break up into small pieces. When no longer pink, drain and throw into crock pot. Add beans, tomatoes, broth, seasonings and black pepper. Stir. Add 2 cups of spinach on top and simmer in crock pot on high for 2 hours, stirring once or twice to mix in spinach.
