Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
10 cups water1 sprig of fresh rosemary3 large bay leaves3 Star Anise2 TBsp Salt1 medium onion chopped2 Chicken drumsticks2 cups chopped broccoli2 cups chopped cauliflower3 cups chopped cabbage3 large carrots, sliced into coins3 medium stalks celery, chopped5 potatoes, diced
Directions
Fill large pot with 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add: Salt, onion, rosemary, bay leaves, star anise and chicken. Once boiling, turn down to medium/low heat and simmer for an hour. When ready, add remaining ingredients. Bring back to a boil and then turn back down to a simmer for 30 minutes.
