Home made banana bread

Ingredients
1.75 cups flour2 tsp baking powder.25 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt1/3 cup shortening2 well-beaten eggs1 cup mashed bananas
Directions
Mix dry together first, add shortening and cream in. Add eggs, combine well. Add bananas and mix in thoroughly.

Put in greased loaf tin and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 min

Serving Size: Makes 1 9x5" loaf, cut in slices and enjoy!
