1lb ground turkey1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 tsp salt1/8tsp pepper1/4tsp dried thyme14 1/2oz can diced tomoatoes with Italian herbs6oz can tomato paste diluted with 1 can water2 cups frozen whole kernel corn16oz can kidney beans1 tbsp chili powder
Saute ground turkey, onions and green peppers in deep saucepan. Drain and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and corn. Heat until corn is thawed. Add kidney beans and chili powder. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6hrs.
Top with indiviaual servings with dollops of sour cream and/or shredded cheese...(optional)
