Tom's Banana Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients:1/4 c light margarine1/2 c Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking3 Egg whites2 c flour2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Salt1/2 tsp. ground Cardamom6 oz. Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt2 oz. 2% Milk2 medium Bananas, mashed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream margarine and Splenda until smooth. Add eggs and blend until combined.
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine yogurt and milk. Add alternately to egg/butter mixture.
Add bananas and mix well
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
