Ingredients
3 c Chicken Broth2 garlic cloves1 tbsp tomato paste 2 c chopped cabbage1/2 c yellow onion1/2 c chopped carrot1/2 c green beans1/2 c zucchini1/2 tsp basil1/2 oregano salt and pepper
Directions
Spray pot with non stick spray saute onions garlic for 5 minutes
add broth, tomato paste, carrots, cabbage green beans basil oregano
simmer till tender add zucchini and simmer for another 5 minutes
salt and pepper to taste
