Ingredients
1 Green Bell Pepper, strips1 Red Bell Pepper, strips1 Medium Onion, strips8 oz Portabello Mushrooms, sliced1 Medium Tomato, sliced1 package Lowry's Taco Seasoning1/2 cup water2 tsp olive oil10 Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch
Directions
1. Chop and slice all vegetables
2. Add olive oil, water, and taco seasoning to large sauce pan and heat over medium to high flame
3. Add peppers, onion, tomato, and mushrooms to sauce pan.
4. Cook for 15 minutes or until onions are transparent and mushrooms are brown. Cover
5. Warm Tortillas
