Crock Pot Tortellini and spinach soup

Ingredients
4c. Vegetable Broth2 cans diced tomatoes (14oz ea)1 block cream cheese4 cups spinach1 bag of tortellini
Directions
Couldn't be easier! Mix ingredients together in the crock pot and cook on low 5-6 hours! I chose to add the Tortellini about half way through so it wasn't bloated.

    AMAZING, I tried this one (as seen on Facebook) and its a new family favorite. The changes I made were Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than reg crm cheese), I have made it with Veg broth, chicken broth and beef broth-whatever I had on the shelf. Love spinach so I doubled.     This was really good. Definitely a keeper.I used low fat cream cheese and some Italian seasoning. Cooked on low 3.5 hours. - 9/22/14
