Ingredients
1 banana 1.5" ginger root Juice of half a lemon 2 cups kale 1 scoop Green Vibrance powder About 2 T walnuts 1/3 C frozen mango 1/4 C frozen raspberries A liberal dash or two of cinnamon 1 C water
Directions
Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more water if necessary.

Serving Size: Makes 1 20-oz smoothie.
