Shari's Hot Baked Pasta

5 links Shady Brook Hot Italian Turkey Sausage3 large green bell peppers2 medium onions10 oz mushrooms (sliced)1 jar (25 oz) Francesco Rinaldi spaghetti sauce1 box Healthy Harvest Whole grain Pasta1 cup Kraft part skim Mozzarella2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Remove turkey sausage from skins and saute in large skillet.
Slice peppers and add to pan. Slice onions and add to pan. Slice mushrooms and add to pan. Cook until veggies are tender. Add sauce and simmer while you cook pasta.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and add sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add mozzarella and stir thoroughly.
Put in 13x9x2 pan (sprayed with non stick cooking spray) Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons grated parmesan and bake until cheeses have melted. (Approx 15-20 minutes)
