Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)- 3/4 cup cous cous- 2 table spoons extra virgin olive oil- 1 small onion- salt pepper- fresh oregeno (2 tablespoons chopped)_ garlic- lemon
Directions
- Fry onion and garlic, add chopped bell peppers, add 2/3 cups water, bring to boil. Add seasonings. Soften peppers, add cous cous. Remove from heat, let sit. Add lemon slices
