Spinach Linguine

Ingredients
Cooked Linguine or whole wheat pasta of your choice4 cups chopped fresh spinach1 (8 oz) carton plain yogurt (or fat free)1 small carton Low Fat Ricotta cheese1 small can sliced mushrooms1 T. margarine or heart health spreadgarlic powder (to taste)black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Heat margarine in a large saute pan. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, over medium high heat. Lower heat and add yogurt, ricotta, mushrooms, garlic salt and black pepper. Cook until cheese and yogurt and combined and melted. Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
