1 (17.6 oz) package gluten free potato gnocchi2 cups Heart Smart Prego spaghetti sauce1/2 cup shredded vegan mozzarella 2 tbsp vegan grated parmesan
Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking dish with non-stick olive oil cooking spray. Add drained gnocchi to baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until sauce is hot and bubbling and cheese is melted.
