Ingredients
2 Large Onions, chopped1/2 Cup Olive Oil2 Bags Fresh Baby Spinach1 Bundle Fresh Dill, chopped5 Cups Rice1 Can Tomato Paste10 Cups Water
Directions
Put Olive Oil in large pot. Add chopped onion and saute until transparent. Add rice and cook until it begins to puff. Add Dill and Baby Spinach and cover until wilted. Add Tomato Paste, Water. Add Salt & Pepper to taste. Bring to boil, then simmer for about 25 minutes.
