Steak Fajita Plate

Ingredients
3 oz steak, or chicken1/2 a bell pepper1/2 onionTsp of Cilantro1 Tbsp of Lime Juice2Tbsp of Sour cream(optional)2Tbsp of Salsa (Optional) 1/2 tsp cooking oil or your choicecumin
Directions
Heat a pan with oil, add sliced onions, and peppers- cook until soft add thinly sliced steak or chicken and cook until steak is at what you like, cook chicken all the way through. Add a dash of cumin, and splash of lime juice. Transfer to plate, add cilantro, and more lime juice if desired. Serve with Salsa and sour cream.
