Tilapia with garlic ginger glaze

Ingredients
1 lb tilapia fillets4 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp honey4 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 oz lemon juice3 cloves garlic2 tsp fresh grated ginger root3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
mix all ingredients except fish.
reduce until glaze thickness
steam or broil fish until flaky
top fish with glaze
server over rice or noodles.
