Tex Mex Ground Chicken and Cabbage

1 package ground chicken/turkey/extra lean ground beef (approximately 600 grams/0.600 kg or close to 1 1/2 pounds)1/2 medium onion - choppedOlive Oil1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup + 1/2 can of water1 head of cabbage core removed and chopped into chunks Clubhouse Tex Mex Seasoning Spice
In the bottom of a heavy pot add olive oil and chopped onions. Saute for a couple of minutes or until onions are softened.
Add ground chicken.
Season with Tex Mex spice.
Scramble fry the ground meat until cooked through.
Add 1 can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 a can of water.
Stir until mixed.
Add cabbage.
Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer for 1 hour or until cabbage is soft.
Stir and serve.
