I am allergic to avocados so I wonder what else I can add instead? Also, what kind of dipping sauce would be best to use? - 3/15/10

This is a good recipe since we're not aloud to have crabs, and shrimp in the house(my mothers alergic..)And even with salmon or imitation crab we have to be VERY CAREFUL.But truthfully? The veggy part of the roll is my fav, with the rice and nori of course - 11/21/09
