Banana Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups of jasmine rice, uncookedMixed Vegetables 1 1/3 cupCured Ham, 5.5 oz Red Wine, 2/3 cupBanana 1 mediumSoy Sauce, 1/4 cupPineapple 1/4 cupSplenda 2 tsp.Chinese Five Spice 2 tsp.Canola Oil 1 tbsp.
Directions
Place rice in a standard cooker with splenda, five spice, and cut up banana. Cook according to rice cooker directions.

Add the canola oil to a skillet and let get hot. Add mixed vegetables, pineapple, and ham and cook for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Combine soy sauce and red wine in a bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly.

Add rice mixture to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture on top.

Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring as needed.

Makes 4 servings.
