Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing, per tbls.

Ingredients
2 cups of cottage cheese (I use fat-free)1 cup (4 oz.) of crumbled blue cheese1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. ground mustard1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Put HALF the blue cheese and all of the remaining ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and mix in the remaining blue cheese. That's it.
