Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large apple quartered 2 small bananas 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats (Raw do not cook) 1 tsp. cinnamon dash of nutmeg splash of vanilla 12 oz. water 3 ice cubes***Optional: You can add in: dash of nutmeg 3-5 walnuts (or other favorite nut such as raw cashew, almond, brazil- use one brazil) 1 T. hemp seeds 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds 1 Tbsp. chia seeds 2 cups of your favorite greens
Directions
Throw into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
