Fettuccine with broccoli and cashew sauce

Ingredients
6 cups broccoli chopped8 ounces whole wheat fettuccine1-1/2 cup water2 T vegetable broth6 cloves garlic crushed1 T miso1/2 T nutritional yeast1 t tahini1/4 t smoked paprikaSalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup raw cashew
Directions
Steam broccoli over boiling water until just tender about 5 min. It should be bright green and still lightly crisp.
Cook fettuccine in boiling water until al dente
Process cashew and water in blender until smooth
Heat 2 T vegetable broth in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic Add cashew mixture, miso, nutritional yeast, tahini, and smoked paprika. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the fettuccine on a large platter, top with broccoli and add sauce. Serve hot.
