Grilled Chicken and Alaskan Salmon Open Sandwhich

* 30grams sliced chicken breast no skin* 1 tablespoon full or low fat sour cream* 15 grams shaved vintage cheddar cheese* 2 small slices mixed grain bread * 1/2 of a 100g tin of Alaskan salmon
Toast bread to desired brownness. Mash half the portion salmon onto each piece of toast.
Lay the chicken on the salmon then top with cheese.
Put under a grill until the cheese is just melted.
Top with half a tablespoon of the sour cream on each piece of toast and serve warm.
Makes one 2 sided open sandwich.
(for a lighter option use low fat ingredients and make half of the recipe amount.)
