Breakfast Frittata, Spinach and Turkey, Whole Eggs

Ingredients
6 c Baby Spinach16 oz Turkey Breakfast Sausage1/4 c Chopped Onion1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped8 Eggs, Beaten1/2 c Skim Milk1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Brown Sausage, Drain save drippings
Saute Onion and Garlic in drippings
Add Spinach to Onion and Garlic, cook until wilted down
Drain Spinach, Onion, and Garlic, if needed
Beat Eggs with Milk until frothy
Stir together Spinach mixture with Egg mixture and add Cheese
Pour into 13x9 baking dish
Bake at 425 for 15-20 min or until eggs are set
