Sausage brunch bake

3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage (Smart Option)6 beaten eggs1 1/2 cups skim milk2 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes1 cup shredded cheese3/4 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. saltdash pepper
Makes 6 servings.
Cook sausage in skillet till it browns. Drain.
Combine eggs, milk, bread cubes, cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add sausage.
Pour all into 8x1 1/2" round pan.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
I prepare this during the morning and then bake it for dinner.
