1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup1 lb lean ground turkey1 cup long grain white rice3 cups water2 cups frozen mixed vegetablesseason to taste
Brown turkey and drain. Add water, vegetables, and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed by the rice. Stir in condensed soup. Allow mixture to warm just a few minutes. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
