1 lb ground beef3 onions1 large green bell pepper1 1lb can of tomatoes1/2 cup rice2 tsp chili powder1/8 tsp black pepper
brown ground beef until all the way cooked. then drain meat, put back in pan and put onions and bell pepper in and cook until onions are translucent and bell peppers are tender. then add in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, pepper and chili powder. put in a casserole dish and cover. cook for an hr then serve.
