Gluten Free Apple Swirl Oven Pancake

Ingredients
DRY TEAM3 cups Gluten Free flour (starch based)1 TBS. guar gum2 cups sugar1/2 teaspoon baking soda2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon saltWET TEAM1 1/2 cup milk3 egg3 teaspoon vanilla6 Tablespoons butter, melted2 cups chopped and peeled appleSWIRL6 TBS butter, melted1 tablespoon apple pie spice1/2 cup sugar 2 TBS molasses
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a baker's 1/2 sheet pan.

2) Mix DRY TEAM ingredients. Mix WET TEAM ingredients (not apples yet) in a separate bowl. Stir WET TEAM into DRY TEAM (there can be lumps). Stir apples into batter. Pour batter into greased pan.

3) Prepare SWIRL ingredients. Drizzle on top of batter. Use a knife to swirl.

4) Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes a baker's 1/2 sheet pan (12 servings)
